My Beliefs

As a psychiatrist for over 20 years, I believe in the power of modern medicine, but also in developing strong therapeutic relationships that can enhance healing on all levels. I use a more holistic and integrative approach that can help clients feel more empowered.

I believe that healthy food, exercise, balanced hormones, a happy gut, as well as, healthy relationships, are important keys to overall well-being.  And now, more than ever, I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of love.
